Two-Year Warranty Policy

Our Elite Series Targets & Bone Collector 400 FPS Field Point Targets boast an incomparable two-year warranty.

Our targets are the only targets on the market today that can make that guarantee.

Morrell Manufacturing’s two year warranty policy is as follows:

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Morrell Manufacturing will replace any warranty target that has been consistently shot through including all the bull’s-eyes on the front and back of the target (keep in mind that all field point targets should be rotated from front to back after 75-100 shots).
• The two year warranty does not apply to the cover itself.
• The targets where only one bull’s-eye has been shot out will not be replaced under our warranty.
• Customers must call Morrell Manufacturing at 800-582-7438 for return authorization.
• Once an authorization has been issued, the customer may return the target to Morrell Manufacturing, Inc. at 1721 Highway 71 North; Alma, AR 72921.
• Please include a copy of proof of purchase, a full explanation of problems with the product under warranty, and the customer’s return address and phone number.
• Shipping expenses for returning products will be done at the customer’s expense.
• Once failure/defect has been verified, Morrell Manufacturing will issue a replacement target to the customer.
